Michael J. Koster, D.C. has been serving the community in the Farmington Valley for over 15 years. Dr. Mike is dedicated to providing exceptional Chiropractic care to you and your entire family. Dr. Mike was born and raised in a small town on the south shore of Long Island. At a very young age he was diagnosed with severe ADHD, however his parents refused the usual medical treatment. Instead, he was raised utilizing Chiropractic, natural foods, and exercise to manage his symptoms. He excelled in school and sports and graduated with honors from Sayville High School. He then went on to graduate in 2000 with a B.S. in Biology from Old Dominion University Honors College in Norfolk, VA. Following that he went on to New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors in 2003. Outside of the 1000+ hours of clinical training received in school, Dr. Mike has completed countless hours of post-doctoral training in specific Upper Cervical Chiropractic Technique and Philosophy. He specializes in the care of the upper cervical spine and has devoted the majority of his career mastering the art of adjusting. Dr. Mike is also expert in the care and adjustment of the pediatric spine, from newborn babies through those rough teenage years. He has a true passion for helping people of all ages reach their optimal health goals, and devotes all of his energy ensuring his patients live a clear connected life.

Besides being a passionate Chiropractor and a nationally recognized speaker in his profession, Dr. Mike is also a dedicated husband and father of two beautiful daughters. He enjoys boating, hiking, biking, and spending time with his family.
