Consultations gather relevant information regarding the client, including any previous outside evaluations, assessments and school related information. As part of Speakology services, an initial complimentary phone consultation is available.
Comprehensive speech, language and AAC evaluations are conducted using a combination of standardized testing, review of available records, parent or client interviews, collaboration with various disciplines and informal observation. Independent Education Evaluations (IEE) and participation at PPTs available upon request.
Speakology provides speech and language services to children and adults in the clinic, home, school or caregiver setting. Family and school carryover is essential to treatment success, and caregiver education is embedded into the therapy sessions. Speakology staff is available for ongoing consultations and training in order to implement recommendations, including training of staff in the use of AAC equipment.

She inherited her love of travel from her parents, Nom and Bounlieng (Bou for short). Back in 1981, Bou and Nom traveled over 9,000 miles to the United States as refugees from Laos, a former French colony, and settled in Texas. They brought with them not only grit and determination (and 5 toddlers), but also a love of French cuisine. BouNom is a tribute to their spirit.
Growing up in Texas, my mother Nom, always baked with the best ingredients she could find. Our promise is to do the same. We source only the finest ingredients in everything we bake.
BouNom’s baked goods, which are made from scratch, by-hand, and are baked and sold daily. Our drinks are made from fresh fruit, flowers, and other natural ingredients.
