Be.Yoga – Meditation Series

In this three week series, get to know your mind and learn how to manage distracting thoughts, busyness and worry. Through the power of meditation, we can cause our mind to become more and more peaceful, positive, compassionate and wise. These classes will include guided meditations, brief advice from Buddha’s teachings on how to maintain a peaceful mind in daily life and time for Q&A. Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
7:15-8:30pm | Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
