Last business there was Hartford Valve Co. In 1988 we purchased the other two acre parcel with building and immediately began converting. Our idea was to "bring the outside, inside". Brick on the first floor comes from Kentucky and the "street lights" are from Indiana. Skylights along the entire roof provide natural light for the indoor gardens which were created by chopping out the old concrete floor.
